The labour law comprises all legal bases for employed and dependent gainful employment. In terms of content, labour law is divided into the areas of individual and collective employment law. We advise companies, board members, managing directors and executives as well as employees, works councils and staff councils on labour law issues at national and international level.

Our lawyers can advise you on all aspects of dismissal, warnings, drafting employment contracts, drafting and reviewing works and service agreements, including assisting in negotiations with the works council/staff council or the employer. Our work includes both extrajudicial and judicial representation.
