In the law of general terms and conditions, we examine the legal validity and contestability of existing corporate general terms and conditions and revise them taking into account the latest dynamics of supreme court rulings. We attach great importance to individual drafting based on the company’s orientation (b2c / b2b) and the portfolio of goods and services offered, as this can be of decisive importance for any subsequent judicial review of general terms and conditions and a lack of effective inclusion of individual provisions can sometimes have devastating consequences for the scope of the contract.
