The testator made gifts to third parties during his or her lifetime. The conclusion of articles of association, especially of a GmbH or GmbH & Co. KG, not only has an impact on the heirs in the event of the death of a shareholder, but of course also and especially on the company. Both interests should therefore be coordinated from the outset in order to prevent shareholder disputes and inheritance disputes. We have the necessary expertise in both complex areas of law.
